Submit a signed-in request
- Open the Pizzaville app and sign in.
- Open Account, then select Delete account.
- Select a reason and submit the request.
What happens next
Support completes deletion
Pizzaville Support records each request and sends an acknowledgement. Support reviews the request within 24 hours, verifies the account, completes deletion, and sends a final confirmation.

What deletion covers
Pizzaville deletes the account and personal information that it is not required to keep. Some order, payment, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, and legal records may be retained where permitted or required by law. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.

Submit an account deletion request
Sign in to verify the account, then submit the deletion request. Your password is sent only to Pizzaville's sign-in service and is not stored on this page. Never enter a payment-card number.
The request is recorded for Pizzaville Support, sent to the support inbox with the technical helpdesk copied, and acknowledged at your account email. If you cannot sign in, reset your password in the app or contact Pizzaville Support.
